Our online personal training requires you to want change. We can’t do it for you. If you're looking for a quick fix, UP Strength is absolutely NOT for you. You MUST be self motivated to get the most out of it. You need to be ready to take action and follow your coach, his expert knowledge will give you all the tools to succeed.
So if you are ready to take action and be consistent, online personal training is for you and we can guarantee you results. Anything less you will be wasting your money and time.
Everything is tailored to you and your lifestyle. Life changes and we understand that. One week you may need a shorter one, one week you may have only managed a session so we will schedule it again for you. It all depends on you. A general client that is doing their program 3 times a week gets a program change weekly to fortnightly. To keep it fresh and keep your body guessing.

Of-course, just let your coach know and he will tailor it to wherever you are going. From the comfort of your home? Training in a hotel room? Training in the holiday gym? We will tailor your programs to the space you have. Train at home with little to no equipment. Going on holiday? Let your coach know, we can set you a hotel plan.
Our UP Strength Army typically train three to four times per week, for sessions lasting approximately 30 minute MAX.
Your subscription can be paused however you will lose access to your dashboard and old programs. Talk to your coach prior to pausing your membership.
The UP Strength App is a month-by-month basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time you want.

Your personal trainer will set you bodyweight workouts or workouts tailored to whatever piece of equipment you’ve got. However once you've progressed from your own body weight the best investment you can make is into a pair of dumbbells.
UP Strength App is a non-refundable program. Although you can cancel whenever without charge.
