The vast majority of our 1-1 personal training clients come weekly with a handful coming more than 3 times a week.
At UP Strength we’re trying to make personal training for everyone. We aim to make personal training effective, affordable and easily accessible for everyone.
So, if your lifestyle only allows you to come to a session once a week, fortnightly even once a month that’s absolutely fine. We will do everything in our power to help you reach your goals.
This depends on your goals, lifestyle and what you like. In most cases we encourage our UP Strength Army to consume high quality, dense sources. Like lean meat and other great sources of protein, lots of vegetables and healthy fats. Through our coaching, we will provide nutrition coaching giving you advice along your journey. There will be monthly food recipes to follow to keep your eating food and fresh.
Each plan is tailored to you using many variables taken from your questionnaire, initial consultation, program results and/or your feedback. We start by asking you simple questions about why you've started? What you want to achieve? Etc. We change your program at least once a week to every 4 weeks on each package, including the 1-1 training package. After the first 4 weeks you will get a questionnaire so that we can find out what you've enjoyed the most? what exercise you've found hard? What you want to improve on? Etc... This gives us the right information to help you improve as you move on to the next stage of your journey towards achieving your goals.
Definetly not, the only change is that we have been offering clients is weekly program changes to keep them enjoying it and keeping them more focused while staying/working from home. Having feedback from clients they have absoulety loved weekly programs so we are not looking to get rid of that any time soon.
Unlike other Personal trainers we offer a 24/7 support service. If you have a question about absolutely anything, whether you need help with your training or want a little motivational support, help is always on hand.
Which ever program you choose there's always support. 1-1 Personal training support will be through message or whatsapp. Other programs and online coaching support will be via the messenger service on the UP Strength APP.

Yes, you can train from home. If working out from home, all you will need a little space to manoeuvre around. We have thousands of workout videos to help you reach your goals without a gym membership. When you start the online coaching sessions, just let us know that you haven't got access to a gym so we can tailor your programs to suit. As time progresses, investing in some dumbbells would be ideal to increase further overload.
To even write a question is a massive step in the right direction. I know it isn't easy approaching these kind of things but it will be 100% worth it. No change comes from staying in your comfort zone. We offer 24/7 contact via the messaging service on the App. You can message your personal trainer Alfie, whenever you need anything. From fitness advice, program help, nutrition even how many dogs you should get. No questions are silly questions. Alfie is there to offer guidance, support and if you need help if you're down. Alfie is a highly qualified Master Training specialising in both fitness and mindset. UP Strength and him can help with any problem that occurs. Even if you need form correcting there is a video service within the app which can quickly send to your coach and he will give you pointers on perfecting that exercise…it really is the closest App to 1-1 Personal Training.
We have developed the UP Strength APP which makes it possible for us to provide personalised workouts for you, wherever you are. You will benefit from clear, video based personal training sessions, tailored to your specific needs. You will also have access to online nutrition and fitness education resources and a messaging service to stay in contact; all you need to do is commit, and the app will guide your every step.
Like all of our programs, your personal program will get updated every 4 weeks, following your feedback.
