Based upon your initial consultation, we design you weekly 1-1 personal training programs using our expert knowledge to help you evolve as your fitness, strength and conditioning improves.
Using our initial session, physical assessment. We will develop a plan that takes everything into consideration; posture issues, muscle imbalances, addressing weaknesses head-on and of-course your main goal.

We work with you one to one and online too.
Your personal trainer will create online personalised training programs fortnightly, designed around what you do in your 1-1 sessions. This so you have the confidence to train away from us at home or the gym and help you achieve the specific result you want.
The majority of our clients train from home with progressive training plans created by their coach. You don’t need to worry about a gym membership or any equipment for that matter. It is just a bonus if you do have some dumbbells knocking about but it isn’t essential.

Can I train more than once a week?
Of-course you can, it will just shorten the duration of your package. You are investing in 12 sessions, if you train twice a week then the package would be completed in 6 weeks.
