This program includes tailor made programs for progression, from resistance training plans to active rest programs. Like all our programs and app signs ups, you will have to be fully assessed before your UP Strength personal trainer can set you anything. This is so we understand your situation to the fine detail. 

Every session is carefully planned by your own coach; repetitions, load, rest intervals etc. This is so we can get progressive overload with all programs. We will completely take the guesswork out of your training.
