Once you are on the app you will have a Nutritional Consultation form to fill in, just some simple questions so that your personal trainer can get an understanding of your habits, frustrations and previous disappointments when it comes to nutrition.

Generally a lot of the supplements out there are a waste of money. However from studying many of the UP Strength clients nutrition consultations there’s need for a small amount of supplements. From our initial assessments we’ll be able to see if you need any supplements to run along side your daily eating. Whether its a deficiency in vitamin C or more protein we can recommend the best available supplements for you.
