Our online personal training requires you to want change. We can’t do it for you. If you're looking for a quick fix, UP Strength is absolutely NOT for you. You MUST be self motivated to get the most out of it. You need to be ready to take action and follow your coach, his expert knowledge will give you all the tools to succeed.

Once you have subscribed using the link on this webpage, our team at UP Strength will get the notification of a new member of the UP Strength army is ready to go. Your personal trainer will send you, your login details and where to download the app from. ( You won't even need to start stressing over the app / play store.)
You will now be all logged onto the app, where you'll see your Welcome Pack & Members Pack. A message will be there ready for you to answer from your personal trainer. This will be an in-depth question and answer, where you & your coach will get to know each other and establish your personal requirements; He'll get to know your goals, challenges and commitment levels, nutrition background, how often and how long you want to work out for. Any equipment you have available etc.
Once your trainer has got everything he needs from you, he will then go away and create you a completely tailor made program. This will take a maximum of 24 hours after your last message. As soon as your UP Strength trainer has uploaded your program he will then debrief you on it. What to look for, work on etc.
You'll have absolutely smashed your first workout. Your coach will check up on you and see how it's gone. Through the weekly to fortnightly programs you will receive feedback on how you are getting on. With your consistency and hard work... results will be yours.
